Returns and Exchanges
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Saffron Alice. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your jewellery either for exchange or a refund within 14 days from the day of receipt.The item must not have been worn and must sent back in its original condition and packaging, with the original invoice.
*Please note for hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on pierced earrings*
Regrettably we cannot refund or exchange items if they have been customised or altered to your specifications.

We recommend that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery. The package is tracked and signed for on delivery and insured up to £500. Saffron Alice does not accept any responsibility for return postage costs, nor for any items lost, stolen or damages in transit. Until the item reaches us, it remains the responsibility of the customer and this is why we recommend that all returns are sent by special delivery with proof of posting.
Once items have been received and assessed, we will aim to process the exchange or refund (for the cost of goods minus delivery charges) within 7 working days to the credit/debit card originally used to make the purchase. Sometimes your credit/debit company may take a further 3-5 working days to credit your account.
